All payments are reconciled the same day they are received, your dedicated account manager will ensure all payments are reconciled on time every month. We are proud to say 99.8% of all our tenants pay on time every month and that we hold a 0.2% arrears book at any given month.

Both our landlords and tenants are treated with a 5-star service via one of our dedicated personal account managers. We make it personal and that's why you will have access to your personal concierge when you work with LV.

All keys are kept secure and we have access to these 24 hours a day 365 days a week.

Our dedicated utility team will ensure all dates and meter readings are taken and handed over to the relevant companies for each tenancy.

We know how important rental payments are to landlords and that's why we send out text alerts showing the amount of rental we have sent over to your chosen bank account every month.

Your dedicated account manager will request video inspections to ensure that all properties are being taken care of to the highest possible standard.

A property inspection report is carried out before the tenant moves in and then cross-referenced upon the tenant vacating the property. (Additional charges apply, please check terms of business & fees page)

We work with the best contractors in the city so that all jobs are done to the highest standard in the quickest possible time and at the best rate.

Monthly statements & Instant property performance reports whenever you need them, we also handle all detailed statements on your behalf and annual reporting to all accountants for tax returns. (This is a compulsory charge at £11 P/M on all managed properties)

We offer all our platinum members telephone support for any legal issue's relating to their managed properties.

Your rental will be fully guaranteed via our partner company and all legal costs covered within the same policy, this is highly recommended to all landlords for that extra peace of mind.
