4 Steps To Guaranteed Rent With LV Property

1. Choose the length of your contract.
During the initial stage, there will be an initial property appraisal to assess the value of the property. Then we agree on a suitable monthly rent before you sign a contract and begin renting out the property to us. It is our responsibility to find a tenant but you will start to get paid straight away.

2. A suitable tenant is found
We will deal with all the paperwork and schedule a date for the new tenant to move in. Not to mention, making sure your property meets the required standards. If a tenant mistreats your property or misses payments we will deal with them accordingly.

3. You will receive a set monthly rent while we manage your property
Any maintenance or general repairs will be carried out by us. You will begin receiving guaranteed rent and the tenant will move into the property.

4. You receive guaranteed rent until the contract ends
You will experience little to no disruption as we deal with everything during the tenants stay. When the contract ends, we will ensure the tenant has left your property in the same condition as they found it.
