After graduating from the University of Medellin - Colombia in International Business Jeniffer now helps implement strategy here at LV. On a daily basis, she looks at ways to improve systems and procedures so that we always deliver excellent customer service time and time again. She also is a keen property photographer and she is in charge of making all properties look stunning. She enjoys travel and cooking.
Jaspal Singh

As CEO and founder of the Group, Jaspal established LV PROPERTY in 2011. His clear vision was to create a customer-focused property group that delivered results in all markets.
My journey in property started when I was 21, that's when I purchased my first investment property after finishing university as a young graduate. During my early years of property investment, I noticed a huge gap in the market and decided to set up LV a company with a vision that is geared towards providing the highest customer service whilst delivering on results that mattered most.
Having experienced the stresses of buying, selling and renting properties over the years I wanted to use my knowledge and expertise in the market to build a company that would simplify the whole process by placing our customers at the heart of everything we do.
Hamad Al Qubaisi

Originally from London, Hamad relocated to Birmingham in 2009 and has since dedicated himslef to the sales and lettings industry. With 15 years of experience, he is currently heading up the office at LV Property, where he strives to provide exceptional service and expertise to our clients. Outside of work, Hamad has a passion for travelling, which allows him to explore new cultures and perspectives. He also enjoy socialising with friends and playing cricket, which keeps him active and engaged in the community.

Being in charge of the property management team, Gemma is a perfectionist when it comes to getting things done, having worked in property management for a number of years she firmly believes it's all about the customer and focuses on ensuring her landlords and tenants are always taken care of. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family.

Shanique is part of the Administration Team. Using her previous customer service experience, she aims to provide the best service and experience for everybody who deals with her and the business with her friendly and energetic approach. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with friends and family.

I finished my degree in Colombia where I graduated with First-Class Honours in marketing and brand management, from here I worked all over Europe including Barcelona for some of the top 5 marketing agencies. Working with LV is exciting as it allows me to grow with the company, I'm passionate about ideas and bringing them to life. Being part of this team has allowed me to use my creative knowledge to raise brand awareness all over the West Midlands.
Edwin Phillips

Edwin is in charge of invoicing and payment processing here at LV PROPERTY. Having previously worked within banking and finance for 5 years, he now enjoys ensuring all our clients and contractors are paid on time.
