Sales
We have been active in buying and selling houses and apartments in the city & Jewellery Quarter for many years. In that time we have acquired a detailed knowledge of the area, the streets, the squares, and the most important thing about us of all is the understanding of what it takes to deliver results and service.
We have the advantage of being a boutique agency with specialist knowledge that has allowed our highly trained teams to consecutively achieve 100% of the asking for all our sellers over the last 18 months. We have also assisted on over £100 million worth of sales in the city and built up a trusted international private buyers club that we are proud to work with.
Lettings & Property Management
Our lettings department prides itself on finding landlords’ first-class professional tenants for their properties. We ensure that the needs of the individual are fully understood so we can tailor our property search service for each applicant, thus maximizing our success in finding the right property efficiently. We aim to provide a friendly, professional and relaxed service to ensure that both our clients and our applicants feel confident and secure in their choices.
As well as our professionalism, we pride ourselves on being a boutique agency that always delivers personalised 5-star service. With 3 offices covering Birmingham city centre, Edgbaston and the Jewellery Quarter, staffed by a medium-size team of 10 people, we’re not a massive, faceless organisation, and you’ll get to know us well throughout the buying or renting process. We’re open Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30 & Saturday 10:00 – 14:00 (Sunday by appointment only & evenings every day via appointment only) so that you can pop in whenever you’re free, rather than moving your life around it.
We first introduced longer opening hours in 2010 in response to the demands of living and working in Birmingham. As a result of this, over 35% of LV’s viewings are now carried out during evenings and weekends. Our online valuation service is available 24/7 while LV’s offices are open 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday and 10:00 to 14:00 Saturdays and on Sundays via appointment only.
Our marketing team is the best in the business, when we take on a new property, we aim to advertise this on all our major property portals the SAME DAY including Rightmove, Zoopla & Prime location, plus many, many more online portals. From our professional photography and virtual viewings to 3D floor plans, we will ensure your property gets the exposure it deserves.
We understand that most people now have a smartphone and whilst on the move, they want to be able to view properties on the go and that’s why we have launched our new easy to use mobile site which is now used with over 10000 people a month.
We provide intensive and continual training for all our employees across all levels of the company from our specialist training facilities at our head office. Before starting work in any of our offices, we ensure all our staff are fully trained up to our high customer service levels. Ensuring we provide the best experience for all of our clients.
We are regulated by the Property Redress Scheme (PRS) for both sales & letting.
